VolleyInsights provides tools for team management, live match tracking, player statistics, analytics, and related coaching workflows.

Features may evolve over time. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary for product, security, or legal reasons.

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and promptly update account details when they change.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account unless caused by our own breach of security obligations.

You are responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, and relevance of the roster, player, match, and other content you upload or record through the service.

If you process personal data, including data about minors, health-related details, or performance information, you must ensure that you have the required notices, consents, permissions, or other lawful basis under applicable law.

• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity.
• Do not interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the service.
• Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, image, or other third-party rights.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the service except where applicable law expressly allows it.

We aim to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available operation.

You should keep your own backups of any critical reports, exports, or match information. VolleyInsights is not an emergency, medical, or safety-critical service.

The service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by or licensed to VolleyInsights and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for your internal coaching and team-management purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access if reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, non-payment, legal obligations, or material breaches of these terms.

You may stop using the service at any time. After termination, some data may remain in backups or logs for limited periods consistent with our retention and security practices.

The service is provided on an as available and as is basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VolleyInsights will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer forum that may apply under applicable law.
